Loan Manager : Staff Role

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I’ve noticed more frequently clubs are employing individuals in a staff role as a ‘loan manager’ who have the responsibility for monitoring the progress and overseeing the development of the club’s players who are out on loan.

A few examples I’m aware of...

David Weir @ Brighton

Neil Adams @ Norwich City

Carl Fletcher @ Bournemouth

Billy Kirkwood @ Rangers

I think it would be an easy and worthwhile addition to the game. Seems strange to leave individuals missing from clubs when they are in game!
