It's just the Base Skin with opacity panels so backgrounds show through.

You have AFC Wimbledon, AFC Fylde and AFC Telford United... but why not AFC Bournemouth?

Because they are not known as "AFC Bournemouth" on the official Premier League website.

their website is afcb.co.uk and everything else on there says AFC Bournemouth so surely that implies AFC Bournemouth is the name they prefer to be known by

You can download the file and edit the AFC in if you wish.

BBC website lists them AFC Bournemouth.

As Tim says, the football club calls themselves by their full name of AFC Bournemouth.

And here is the club's profile on the Premier League's official website, where they call them AFC Bournemouth.

Yes, they are commonly known as Bournemouth, but their long/full name is AFC Bournemouth.

That's fine, but I based my decision on the official Premier League website, as stated above.

If it bothers you, either don't download the file or download it and edit it yourself.

This can be done simply using the edt files, no need to launch the editor.

I've created a long team names files for the English football divisions from the Premier League down to Vanarama League North/South. For Example, Manchester United instead of Man Utd. Originally for myself but thought I might as well share the love.

Download the file and place here - you'll need to start a new save I think:

▸ ⁨Documents⁩ ▸ ⁨Sports Interactive⁩ ▸ ⁨Football Manager 2019⁩ ▸ ⁨editor data⁩ ▸ England Long Team Names.fmf

Download Link

Enjoy!

You can't, it's a personal pack I've made over a number of years

I'm actually going to re-do my competition backgrounds pack, from scratch, which I will release in the future at some point.
