Yes im finding this problem, If i play Mane as AML IF, he doesnt perform. One thing I'm struggling with though is the F9 forward. They are completely ineffectual for my side (Hitchin). I've tried 2-3 different strikers in this role, but none average more than 6.4 each game. Any tips as to what I might be doing wrong? Also, any ideas for closing a game out? The ratings will be low if not scoring but if helping team to get results not a problem. Many threads on striker movement but in general considered poor in ythis ME. The magic AI late goal when they play like Brazil are common. Played 2 years as Spurs, won PL, FA Cup and Champions league twice in a row, only lost a few matches and very few draws. So Your 5 first tactics in your ranking are more Attacking tactic and for major Team (predicted TOP 5) and last 5 is for team predicted between 15-20 ? Is that what we need to understand ? Also won brazilian cup and Copa Libertadores quite easily. Once again AI playing ultra-defensive every single match against us, 20+ shots and 20+ corners every game was the rule despite a relatively low reputation, I don't know if this happens in other leagues too. In three years my team has won every competition they've played including three consecutive national leagues from Serie C to Serie A, three national cups and two Copa Libertadores (used 424 first two years then switched to 4231). Although corner set ups can be changed not sure there is a way to avoid conceding. How many goals do you concede from set pieces compared to open play? Tbf we were always going to be a 'special' newly promoted side as holder of both brazilian cup (won as third and second division club) and copa libertadores (won as a second division club), anyway even the best clubs in the country were very passive both home or away. This had been a pretty common pattern in my brazilian saves even in previous editions of the game especially with the infamous 4222 (2DM + 2CM) adopted by most brazilian managers until FM18 (when luckily that formation became outdated) but I think things look a bit worse in FM19 due to the combination of very defensive AI and specific issues of match engine (most notably movement of strikers).
