[FM19] Leagues World pack by claassen (55 updates: Europe completed 55/55 !)

@cel1234 For dates, rules and competitions. SI took exactly the same file as last year without changing anything!  For example, the Cup was still to 19 teams and the League Cup B to 9 teams while there is only 17 and 7 teams...  I improved the file.  New rules also for the 2nd division. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018–19_Gibraltar_Second_Division )

And I delete the U23 for the 2nd division and new rules also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018–19_Gibraltar_Intermediate_League .  Just that :)

Small update for 5 countries and various improvements.

hr.pngCroatia : fix competitions, (patch 19.1.2 Sigames)

de.pngGermany : Fix B teams (3 players maximum 23 years and +)

mk.pngFYROM: : Fix rules discipline

and new updates ( long to release because a lot of change and difficult with the editor bugs)

gr.pngGreece: 3rd division + Cup of 3rd division activated. Fix bugs for 1st, 2nd division and Cup. New formats OK for 2018,2019 and from 2020 
hu.pngHungary: 3rd division activated. Small improvements for 1st and 2nd division.
is.pngIceland: 3rd, 4th and 5th division activated + League Cup B and C activated. Extension Cup + fix U19 bugs. (U19 for all teams in my update)
ie.pngIreland: 3rd, 4th and 5th division activated + FAI Intermediate Cup (with regional draw for the 1st and 2nd round)
il.pngIsrael: 3rd, 4th and 5th division activated + Cups of 4th and 5th division activated and qualifying for the State Cup! Extension Cup.

 

Now, Italy then 8 new countries : Kazakhstan to Montenegro :)

Yes was unhappy with that myself. I think it was 2016 actually as last season there was no 2nd Division Cup. So are Man 62 in the U23 league ??

No, I preferred it to be 1st division clubs with a U23 league, rather than being closed. So with the promotions/relegations, the U23 league change.

Hello claassen,

Why did you give all teams the professional status in the 2nd league? The league is semiprofisionell, means the clubs have a choice whether professional, semi-professional or amateur club.

In addition, the start of the games of the lower leagues does not quite fit. There you do not play until December, but the leagues often end in November and start again in March.

As a small important addition to the clubs from the associations, I would also recommend adding the 9 country cups to the file. As a result, the smaller clubs can qualify for the ÖFB Cup. In the links mentioned is explained how each expire.

@Svartov  I don't remember but it's a minor thing:  Extension of league sorting rules I think

@Matiasu In the original database, 11 of 14 clubs have professional status in the 2nd league. Yes, I put professional status for the 3 others clubs for more equity in the game. For the break period and dates, I put the same dates that 1st and 2nd divisions in the game. For the Cup, OK but it's very complicated...

@Kanwulf  yes and frankly, the rules of discipline are very minor things. If you are tickling for 1 yellow card by every 5 games... OK :(

Concerning. the professional status in league 2, maybe I would leave this as in the original database. The league is not a pure professional league. Newcomers to these can choose whether professional or not.

All lower leagues end in mid-June. Start doing this in late July, mid-August.

Another mistake is that in Burgenland from the Burgenlandliga only 2 relegated, 3 but on. There belongns 3 relegated.

Salzburg: From the Salzburger Liga 2 relegated and only one on. There belongs 1 relegated.

Steiermark: From the Landesliga 2 relegated and 3 on. There belongs 3 relegated.

And Tirol: From the Tirol Liga 2 relegated and 3 on. There belongs 2  promoted. (because there is a playoff that you do not need to do)

I can’t remember the the card limit in Macedonia off the top of my head (you can get that information from my file) but yellow cards picked up in the first League are not counted if the player then transfers to the second league (and vice versa). However red cards stand for all competitions.

@Matiasu and @Kanwulf  :  OK thank you for your informations and reports. It's useful for to do the pack the best possible, because, of course, I don't know all subtilities of all countries, and over the years, the community help me on that.

 I will improve and I will fix all that in the next release of the megapack  ;)

 

And sorry for my bad English (thank you Google translate even I know that it's not perfect!) . The French people are famous fo speak English very bad :D

For the next release, at the end of the week, there will be Italy, the 9 missing countries for Europe (Kazakhstan to Montenegro + San Marino).   For San Marino, I will do an exception in the alphabetical order, so that there is  all nations  in Europe playable. ;)

And the addition of 9 Cups for Austria qualifying for the OFB Cup, and various improvement for Denmark & Greece ( conformity with patch 19.1.3 ) , Austria and France.

If you want to save yourself some work, feel free to skip the Maltese file as I hope to release my usual comprehensive league file in the next couple of days which is completely compatible with your files ;) Maltese

Just popping in to say thanks for powering through this. I think you can tell from the fervor in these threads that your work means a lot to people. Remember to take a break when you need it, you don't owe anyone here anything and I think we'd all prefer to have you come back and finish it later if it means you don't get burned out by the whole thing.

@claassen don't know if you noticed it while editing Portugal and Spain, but there seems to be problems with the B teams in these countries. A player registered in the main team will be given the option to play for the B team as well (whether to regain fitness, some playing time, etc), but when you do make him available it pops a message like ""A player cannot play for an affiliate club whilst registered for the first team".  Or something like that.

This worked flawlessly in 18 but for some reason is broken in 19. I think they even appear as "non-registered" if you try to play them in the B team.

In Portugal the U23 squads are having tournaments in some years and not in others. Like, year 1 they do, year 2 they don't, year 3 they do again, etc.

Not sure if you can fix these things but if you can, please take a look. B teams are a major part of the Portuguese and Spanish leagues.
