@Navaroneshot counts are often skewed by too many long shots. I'm guessing about 15 of yours v Newcastle were from distance?
You still should have won of course

I have never looked at this. Maybe Im stupid but this view makes me a bit confused.

Why don't you change the tactic?

Use a 4-5-1, it's better anyway for Liverpool, they have the perfect squad for a classic 41221, just like in real life!

I have tried most tactics from knap but the one I use has given me the best results no doubt. Salah might be playing a bit out of position but doing great anyway. I train every player in their most used position.

@RDF Tactics @Cadoni I’ve been using your training schedule, wow I need to post some results tomorrow. Unambitious personalities getting +3/4 in stats over a season, I’ve even noticed personality changes on some of them players? Unbelievable

 You forgot about meeee....

Great! We can't wait to see it! :D

Sorry mate 😳 I’ll edit the post now haha! Is it possible to see personality changes? I feel like they’ve changed for sure!

I'd imagine so with all the model citizen personalities etc

good evening to you, I have been a manager's player for years, from the first one I played until today a lot of changes for the better and everything not to write. however last and even this manager I really have trouble finding the right tactics. knapu hat to the floor because on a daily basis he passes us a certain version that he plays or tests
in most of the testing there are big clubs, I wonder if with some smaller club without reputation and playing staff it works.
and maybe on top of all that game and the item that for personal ratings I put the lowest grades, is that also a factor in the difficulty of the game

Just click on the result to take you to the game. Once there, go to stats -> match stats and if you haven't got it ticked already, customise it to include them. I find it very useful to know how many long shots there have been.

After six seasons of non-league football, we've been promoted to League Two and this means professional status and full time training. Hallelujah!

Our training facilities aren't great, although improving all the time, but I've been a bit sick of seeing promising youngsters going to waste because we've been semi pro and just a max of two days training.

Here are a few examples of some young(ish) players playing regularly but with attributes dropping (all-time tracking).

A bit of a mixed bag to try and provide some diversity. I will of course be implementing the new training ideas for next season and hope to see some rapid improvements, even down here in what will be League Two next season.

Yes, I get that our crap facilities aren't going to help much but they are being improved (and I'll bug the board to keep on improving them at every opportunity) and I should still see results far better than we've been having.
I'm quite excited about it all haha

Here's a list of CA and PA for my squad at the start of the change in training (well, maybe a week or so after).
I'm expecting drops over the summer but will check again when players return to training and then monitor after that regularly.

Stuck with the one formation this season, Mississippi 451. Didn't particularly like it but that's probably down to me having a number of strikers but just the one used in the formation.

We seemed to both score and concede a lot from set pieces and perhaps not enough from open play so I'll be giving a different tactic a go next season.
Can't complain at a 6th straight promotion though!

Find attached some screenshots, coaches were all average stats but most had model citizen personality. Only 2 fitness coaches who were 2* rated - cannot believe the results i've been seeing its absolutely ridiculous!! I was in Scotland Div 2 and more recently Div 1

So maybe a bit of a different request. I am looking for a solid tactic, not a game breaking tactic. I enjoy slowly building my team and progressing as I get better and better players. Winning back to back promotions or winning the league with norwich first season without signings just seem extremely boring to me. I tried a season with beowulf 4-4-2 and I noticed it scores a lot of goals from set pieces which I don't enjoy and was just a bit too good.

So what I am looking for is a solid tactic that is capable to win everything but only if you actually get world class players as well, and that doesn't score a lot of goals through set pieces. Any ideas anyone?

Hi Knap, wondering if tea for one 105 all cups would be a good tactic to use for my Leeds united side? Media prediction is 17th albeit I think player wise we are probably a midtable side. Im pretty much limited to a 4-2-3-1 tactic or similar as I haven't got suitable wingers for a standard 4-4-2. Thanks for all your hard work by the way.

Is it possible to search coaches by their personalities? I can’t seem to find any with Model Citizen.... 🧐

Just read through the training guide and watched the video. Bit confused, do you set general training to assistant manager?

Huh?

No, we control all training. There are schedules for general training, and we use double intensity for individual training. These two fit together.

Where did you read the guide? On another site?

Congrats to @LeedsUnitedLad
Well done!

@Rober82

May be in google docs with the early advice.

Taken summary advise out as the Video and official guide should be enough.

no worries mate, from the guide you still want good fitness coaches if possible and then fill up your other coaches with model citizens etc

Just downloaded the demo and will be playing the first FM since 2012 so needing a bit of advice.

Which of the great tactics on here do you recommend for spurs? I know they're a good side and should probably start a harder challenge but always start as them and then when used to it move lower down the leagues. Don't plan on doing too much in window except 2 new fullbacks, if that helps with tactic recommendation.

Thanks a lot
