Usually i add 5 nations league at the start, most of them are french,german and spanish regen. You can sign him right away from the early start. I get your point in general though yeah but i usually never judge quality by their value btw, IIRC market value is hand in hand with reputation. which is mean that no matter what quality and how high their CA,since they're have good reputation thier value was high. of course their value reflect their quality, but in some case their value doesn't matches their quality. I'll say he's a bargain Timothee Kolodziejczak- Physical beast central defender or wing back . 16 marking , 15 tackling , 18 stamina. I think you can get him for under 4 million Olimpiu Morutan - Really Solid attacking midfielder. Poor finishing , but overall he's pretty well rounded and has more room to improve. He's also cheap , at the start of the game I think you can get him for around 3 million Enis Bardhi - Not exactly a bargain per see , but you can still get him for around 9 million . 19 free kick , 17 long shots , 16 passing , 16 decisions . This guy is a beast Igor Zubeldia - Really good Deep lying midfielder and still has room to improve . Can defend as well. He'll sign for lower league clubs after he's played a few months with U.C.D, so if you're starting a game in July (like I was with Dundee United) he'll sign straight away. Got him even with United's meagre budget for about £65K + more in instalments (about £200K all up). He's a left footed right winger as well, hard to find good ones at this level. I started him a couple games into the season and never looked back. The screenshot is of him at the start of my 2nd season. We was a huge factor in us winning promotion, while it looks like he conceded a few goals, the defence in front of him was often far from solid and he really kept us in the game.
