[Argentina] Data Issues

Recommended Posts

Please post any data issues related to Argentina here.

As much of the data is subjective we’d ask that you respect everyone’s opinion and accept that the final decision is that of our club researchers and our heads of research.

We also request you please adhere to the following three point plan when posting in the data topics:

·        State what you think is specifically wrong with a particular piece of data.

·        State what you think the data should be.

·        State reasons/proof for your suggested corrections/improvements.

Please note that any non-data issues for Argentina should be posted in the appropriate thread within the League Specific Issues Forum. This would include issues such as league scheduling and league rules.

Some changes need to be made to the Belgrano file, I am the researcher for them and whilst on the file I have stored in my laptop everything shows normally, in-game Belgrano have a black third kit whilst there should be no kit at all. Also the away kit text colour needs to be changed to "Background: Black", "Foreground: Slate Grey 01".

Ignacio Arce (ID: 14022942) has signed a new contract with Unión (SF) on 20/jun/2018 and expires in 2020, not 2019. He's on loan at San Martin (T)

Juan Fernando Quintero (ID: 76015366) has had his loan's option to buy activated by River Plate in real life, however the game doesn't reflect this nor does it include enough money to pay it (Whereas River Plate's budget specifically had allocated the sum to the transfer budget for the season)

(I am unsure of how this works, so if sources are required let me know and they shall be provided)

River Plate issues:

Gonzalo Montiel, Camilo Mayada and Ignacio Scocco appears to be injured for 2 to 3 months and actually they aren't.

They aren't and weren't injured.

River Plate will pay the transfer of the player to FC Porto, and in the game River doesn't have enough money.

And eventhough you had the money, in the game Quintero doesn't want to sign when in real life he actually want.

In real life he will stay in the club after Dic 2018 (when his loan is ended) but in the game River can't pay and the player doesn't want to sign, that is totally incorrect.

Juan Fernando Quintero (ID: 76015366)

It's the same case with Gonzalo Martínez (14026771) with the MLS's offer. There were no official announcements about those transfers, just rumors. As long as there are just rumours, will not be included in the game. About Quintero's decision, that is a point where many others considerations come into play as economic interests, clubs or country (leagues) reputations, so on.

However, the situation have been postponed or frozen by River or player's agent. There is no news about that transfer in the last two or three months.

This place needs to be added into the database.

We had him as "Hong" because that is what showed on the NA transfer communications, but you are right. We did some in depth research (ie, found his facebook) and it is indeed Hongn

will ammend it for next patch.

good catch!

Matías Vargas (Vélez Sarsfield) should have 'wants to be player...' for Arsenal in his career plans, or at least is set as an Arsenal supporter.

Proof:

Leandro Díaz, forward for Atlético Tucumán, begins the game with a 10-match league suspension, but he was given this suspension at the end of 2014 and has long since served it; he featured for the club in their first Superliga game of the current season in real life.

Huge miss on my part, my apologies. Will have it amended.

Concerning db 19.3.0 ... What is going on with the transfer values in Argentina?

5c813101d9d6c-argentinatransfervalues_(1

The most expensive players within Argentina are now max 2 or 3 million euro's. This doesn't make any sense, the transfer values should have been increased, not decreased.

With previous setting most players were sold for over 10 millon dollars which was not correct.

You would bid for a defender on a 3rd tier team and they would ask 17 millon euro for it. Not very realistic.

Big sales in Argentina are not that often despite last market, but I do agree some of the stars need to be improved in value. We are working on that, but getting the perfect balance is very difficult.
