The names of the k league Classic and Challenge have been changed to k league 1 and k league 2 in 2018.

There are three players and five players who are leased by Sangju and Asan every year.

The number of players leased by Sangju and Asan is close to 20 every year.

Two Military teams (Sangju and Asan) recruit only defenders or goalkeepers every year, not midfielders or forwards.

After a few years, only a small number of defenders and goalkeepers belong to Sangju and Asan for this reason.

I think you have to make K-league youth system more precisely.  In Korea, young players including youth join each team through either 'Preferred-Designated' or 'Free Contract'.

1. Preferred-Designated

: It is the principle that a youth team player under the K-League club must join the club by Preferred-Designated. Because even if the K-League teams have each youth teams, it's only the appearance of a youth team, but the contract is made between clubs and high schools as their youth team. Club can pay a contract fee of 150 million won, five years of contract period and 36 million won basic salary. Those who are not paid the contract fee can make a contract for 3~5 years with a basic salary of 20 to 36 million won. On the other hand, players who are not given 'Preferred-Designated' until October can voluntarily make a deal with all other teams, including their clubs. It is similar way of professional contract of European youth players. But most youth players who are preferred-designated do not join team directly. They go to university football team by the form of loan after contract. Just few prospect join club directly.

2. Free-Contract

: It is important form of transfer in k-league because many key players of K-league teams join by this case. In Korea, most of the prospects do not go to club youth team. Instead, they prefer to join high school football team, and go to University football team by stage. So that they can freely choose their first professional club at the age of 18~20 after finishing their high school or university freshman / sophomore. It is similar way of US style contract, draft system.

Each club can contract 3 S-class players, (Contract fee of 150 million won, five years of contract period and 36 million won basic salary), unlimited A-class players (No contract fee, three to five years of contract period and 24~36 million won of basic salary) and unlimited B-class players. (No contract fee, 1 year of contract period, 20 million won of basic salary) No university / high school players allowed to transfer during the season (summer transfer market).

Park Ji-Sung, who played in Man Utd., was that case : Suwon Technical High School(5703116) ->Myongji Univ.(5700883). Park Chu-Young, who played in Arsenal, joined his first professional team, FC Seoul, by Free-Contract, too : Cheonggu High School(5704280) -> Korea Univ.(136429). Kim Min-Jae who plays in Jeonbuk, Lee Jae-Sung who plays in Holstein Kiel, also choose their first professional team by Free-Contract when they were in university football team.

Also, there were just 3 players in South Korea squad of Russia World Cup who were raised under the K-league club youth system : Hwang Hee-Chan (Pohang Steelers), Kim Seung-Gyu (Ulsan Hyundai), Ko Yo-Han (FC Seoul). 1 player is raised in european club youth system, Lee Seung-Woo (Barcelona), All the rest of the players were played in high school or university football team before they join K-league team or other country by the Free-Contract rule.

I know you have no license of U-league (Korean university football league). If you can not get license of the league, please make a rule or transfer form first for the time being. And also I think you have to 1. Raise reputation and facility levels of university teams and high school teams so that generated players can born with higher CA/PA than now. 2. Ban transfer between university teams. 3. Make player over 22 (after 4th grade) to be released automatically.

it's wiki about 2018 k-league newbie. there are detailed descriptions about Preferred-Designated and Free-Contract. Please check out.

Cheers @JUFAFA.

Just to confirm when you say "More than" and "Less than", for example "Less than 3", do you mean 3 or less?

For example, are K League teams allowed 1 goalkeeper on the bench for K League Promotion-Relegation Playoff matches, or do they have to have at least 2?

There was a little mistake in the explanation. For clear explain, I explain the squad rules of the league.

-----------------------

K league 1 (Regular season) Rules

-----------------------

- The match squad must have at least 2 under-23 players.

- There must be at least 1 under-23 player in the starting 11.

(K league 1's U23 squad Rule is complicated so please refer to the detailed below explain.)

- 7 sub named, maximum 3 used

- Foreign Players Except Asia in Squad : 0-3

- Foreign Players in Squad : 0-4

- Foreign Players Except Asia in Squad : 0-3

- Foreign Players in Squad : 0-4

Hi @JUFAFA. Thanks for clarifying that for us.

Just the things in bold are the changes that need to be made, is that right?

Not sure if this is a 'league' issue (will only impact Korea, to my knowledge) or a 'News' issue, but here goes:

During pre-match press conferences I will occasionally receive the standard questions about players I have out on loan, including those on Military Service. The issue I have is that if I am asked about a player who is loaned to an army team, but not playing, I am able to provide the standard responses including the one about 'thinking about recalling him'.

Obviously this isn't an option for Military Service players, so the ability to answer as such seems a little odd.

If you are able to differentiate, I'd suggest removing this line of questioning about army players completely as I can't imagine it is something that gets asked about at all, and the club managers almost certainly wouldn't threaten to pull the players out of such a deal.

Upload a save as requested, it's called MilitaryServiceQs.fm. This question appeared in the post-match press conference.
