Crash Dump when processing game

Yes I am, I'm using various CONCACAF leagues and playing in Jamaica.

Is the game crashing on a specific date?  Does the backup save pass that date or crash as well?

For a while it seemed like I could push it a little bit further each time but I have now saved one click before it crashes. That's the crash dump above.

How far into the save date wise are you?

Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to check the crash dump, only the SI staff have them. 

Make sure that you have checked all the way through this thread:

Delete Cache

Delete Preference

Reverify Cache

If this still hasn’t resolved the issue, please run through the steps listed below. After each step try the game again to make sure the issue is resolved:

- Make sure your Graphics Card drivers and installed and fully up to date

- If running on a laptop with dual graphics cards, make sure they are configured for the correct card to run with FM

- Make sure your Anti-Virus isn’t interfering with Steam or FM as this can cause problems when installing or launching the game

- Make sure your Windows Updates, DirectX and Net Framework are installed and up to date

- Make sure any conflicting programs have been uninstalled

Once you’ve done this, re-launch the game and try again.

Hiya,

I've done all this to no avail unfortunately.

Is there anything else I can try or shall I give up on this save?

Try starting a new save with only the default database and then go on holiday- if the game runs OK and passes the critical dates, then the problem will probably be with the database and starting again will be the only option.

I've started a new save with an MLS team. I'll probably risk it and play the season but we shall see! Thanks for your help.
