Hi, can you attach your DXDIAG, please?

To confirm, Football Manager 2018 crashes when you try to launch the game, is that correct?

Are you running any custom graphics/logos/faces/skins/databases? If so, could you remove them as a test and see whether it helps with the issue, please?

Please let us know how you get on, please. Thanks.

As we don't have your PC, we cannot 100% confirm the correct way to solve your problem first go.

Just make sure if you are uninstalling the antivirus, you have to uninstall Football Manager 2018 too and then reinstall Football Manager 2018 (keep the Windows Defender on).

Hope this make sense to you. Let me know if you need more help, thanks.

Apologies, I've taken a look at your dxdiag in more detail and unfortunately the graphics card is significantly below the minimum specifications to run the game.

Unfortunately this means it's not supported. We would suggest you either need to get a better system or request a refund via Steam. Details on how to do the latter here - https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/

Sorry about that.
