Wild182
Done loads of searches and all the young players threads seem to be all the wonderkids that only a top club can afford on getting! So does anyone know any good cheap youngsters that I could buy for my youth team, try to improve them, maybe give them a few games and see how they go? I'm playing in the Championship as Sheffield Wednesday, the transfer budget is £300,000 but I need to sign a winger so I'm looking at having around £200,000 to spend on bringing some youth into my team. Basically looking for any player in any position in youth teams/reserve teams or even first teams in lower leagues that I can buy and see where they are in a season or two. If there is a thread similar to this and I've missed it in my search you can just point me in the right direction! Cheers
mojo_pin1
Nik Omladic is a AM/FC who only cost 30k, well worth it.
LincolnCanary
Nik Omladic is a AM/FC who only cost 30k, well worth it. Have you even bothered looking/asking in the Championship thread before starting a new post? I doubt it. If you did, I think you would find a few suggestions to young players. For example, someone has recently posted their transfer activity as manager of Bristol City and that single screenshot contains four good, young Championship-level players. I too have suggested Neil Eardley, available for £350k-£450k from Oldham, aged 19 and has the potential to be a good Championship full back. I suggest you try here. Yes I have 'bothered' to look, As I posted, however in the Championship thread theres alot of irrelevant posts for what I'm asking, people spending millions, people after established Championship players, I specifically want YOUTH players, is it a crime to have a thread specifically for younger players? Instead of trailing through a massive Championship thread where 80% of posts are irrelevant to my question? Why don't you get down off your high horse PS. (Edit) After taking another look at the Championship thread it still doesn't help me, as stated, if you read my post, I doubt it.. Then you'd see 1) I've only got £200,000 to spend, and 2) I'm not after players that are going to make a instant impact, but players I can have in my reserves, ease them in, try and improve them and see where they are in a few years, and bargains
