@Goodrebel There should be a guide for using the workshop in the forum somewhere (I remember writing one, though I cannot see to find the thread at the moment) but this should get you started:

Uploading a Custom Skin

- To Upload a Custom Skin to the Steam Workshop first you need to have the skin you wish to upload selected in game.

- Load up Football Manager and go to the Preferences -> Interface menu and select the skin you wish to upload and click confirm so your skin is now loaded in the game. NOTE: Before uploading a skin make sure you have permission from the creators of any files you've used.

- Now either from the Main Menu select Downloads or from within a save game go to the FM -> Downloads Menu.

- Click the Steam Workshop tab in the top right of the popup panel. (You might need to click the icon instead of the text).

- Next click the 'Scan for Graphics' button.

- This should now turn into a 'Publish current Graphics' menu.

- Click it and select 'Export Current Custom Skin'. If this option is disabled then you have a default skin selected so go back to step one as you haven't followed the instructions.

- A new popup will appear, down the right will be a list of folders within your skins folder, however you cannot use this list to select the skin to upload, the game will automatically upload the skin you have loaded in game, this list is purely for updating existing skins.

- From the Left Pane give your skin a Preview Picture (268x268 pixels seems to fit best), Title and a Description.

- Next in the drop-down menu next to the 'Publish To Steam Workshop' button select whether you want the upload to be Public, Private or Friends Only, you can change this setting later on from within Steam and for the moment I'd select Private so you can add some more details later.

- Now click the 'Publish to Steam Workshop' to upload the skin to the Workshop or you can click Save to just save the packed fmf file to your hard drive.

- Now wait for the game to process and upload your skin. When done it will drop you back to the Steam Workshop screen within FM18.

- You can add extra details to your uploaded file directly through Steam. From within the Steam Client click on your User Name -> Conent -> Workshop Items. Click on your item and you will have options to change the title, description, visibility and the option to add more preview images as well as read or comment on your file.

- Once you have entered all the details you want change Visibility of your item to Public and other people will now be able to download it.

Updating a Custom Skin

The process to update a skin on the Workshop is pretty much the same as that followed to upload it in the first place.

- To update a custom skin on the Workshop you need to have the skin loaded in game, further to this you must have refreshed your skin to ensure any changes you have made have been loaded into the game.

- Now goto the FM -> Downloads Menu.

- Click Steam Workshop Tab.

- Click 'Scan For Graphics' Button.

- On the 'Publish current Graphics' menu select 'Export Current Custom Skin'.

- Now in the Popup in the Right Panel select the Skin you wish to update - updatable skins will have a file icon instead of a folder icon and will show your user name.

- In the left hand panel update the description if need be to reflect that your download has been updated, you can also update the filename shown in the Workshop (note that the fmf file will still keep it's orginal unique filename) or it's preview image.

- When done select the visibility you want the file to have them click the Publish to Steam Workshop button.

- The game will then pack and upload your file to the workshop.

- When done the game will drop you pack to the main in-game Steam Workshop page.

- When done in Steam browse to your Football Manager 2018 Workshop files and select the item you have just updated, then select the change notes tab and on the latest update click edit and add a description of what you have changed to help people see your changes.

- You can also change other settings for your file on this screen aswell.
