Inbox Will Not Display Latest Messages - Cannot Progress

Recommended Posts

This is the same issue as in this thread here -

In short: My inbox has 6 messages in it. When going into the inbox no new messages are displayed. I cannot progress as one of the messages has to be attended to (I think it's a post-match interview). If I Go On Holiday the day progresses however the new messages still do not appear. I can progress up until the next time I have to read a message, at which point again my only option is to Go On Holiday. Effectively I cannot play the game on this save any more!

I have the save file that I can provide if needed :-)

Many thanks.

Sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. If you could please upload your save game to the FTP and let us know the file name and the in-game date it occurs we can take a look. FTP details here - https://community.sigames.com/topic/417549-ftp-details/

If for whatever reason you find you're having issues uploading just use a file hosting site, say like FileDropper and send us the link.

Let us know, thanks.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the response. The game save is called "Inbox Failed Save.fm". It looks as though it may have failed during the upload through Filezilla (and other FTP clients) so I've included a FileDropper link as suggested.

The date in-game of the save file will be the 14th of February, 2024 (I think that's the right year!) - http://www.filedropper.com/inboxfailedsave

Many thanks!

Hi @Roosey unfortunately we cannot access the filedropper link here in the office at this time, would you be able to try and upload your save game to the FTP again? I did get the one you put up last time however it is unable to load which will probably be down to the fact that it failed when you uploaded it.
