Benjoe
2017-18 RecapThe Cannet-Rocheville Rebuild Using the Croissaint power, Maximuss had restored faith in the Cannet-Rocheville project. A solid 6th place given the 11th place prediction prior to the season. I can live with that. First season for this formation, and at times it was really good. We are still quite some distance behind in quality but we can build on this. When our youngsters start getting old enough we might be able to make a push for top 3. We had quite good numbers for possesion and passes as well. Something we will try to further improve on in next season. Here are our three best performers: Kevin Puyoo was a mad man. Schiavone
Finally able to read all movements in France from us, Hakan frauds... @Fer Fuchs Ake Good luck with the new fraudulous Aubagne project. Like the gifs lol@smp20 Also a complete twist in the Giuly story. Completely unexpected. Bonne chance avec AG Caen (they have a very modern badge I must say)@Benjoe Steadied the ship with a good mid-table finish. Curious where the croissant tactic can take you. The rise can begin!@wynter The extended highlights are indeed fenominal… and painful... Quality at this level for sure @BoxToBox and @Bartrcm Both of your saves keep going very fluently. Those results are unbelievable and a tycoon takeover… what a fraud!@Deisler26 Brilliant promotion with Chateaubriant! Especially since you could keep all those B teams behind in the ranking. With the Bastia prospect… it's your choice. Think about how Hakan would fraud this offer@shaunvamos Congratulations on the promotion!!!@noikeee Don't give up with TA Rennes. Not all of us can climb the ladder that quickly. Patience will be rewarded tremendously@Vélodrome Welcome to this fraudulous challenge. smp20
Avant-Garde Caen 2026/27 Mid-Season Update A quick mid-season update from me as I dabble between France and Yugoslavia. We're sitting top of the table comfortably with just two defeats (including a strange 6-3 loss to struggling Gonfreville). Excellent progress in the cup, beating Auxerre in the 7th round on penalties being the highlight. We face Frileuse, bottom of our league, in the 9th round. Some of our regens have now turned 16 and are featuring in the first team now - they're well off par but we have no choice.

Schiavone
Bienvenue dans le NordMarch 1st, 2018 (youth intake) Some usefull players (of course) but certainly not a 'golden generation'. Overview of the current Tourcoing academy: Class of 2018 – Catalano Axel (DL): prospect for the left back position. One of the positions where we lack quality. Looks decent – Herbet Stéphane (DM/MC): a prospect I really like. His height and heading are promising. This is one I keep an eye on – Huysman Jordan (MC): very small, technical midfielder. I don't know what but he has got something about him... – Robail Romain (GK): very young but my most promising goalkeeper. Maybe in 2 years time? – Vergne Matthieu (DR/DL): full back but not a lot of potential according to my assistent. We'll see, definately has to become quicker for the full back position Class of 2017 (linked only the ones that are already available to play) – Barsotti Remy (AMLC/SC): gets frequently first team chances since we lack strikers. Not performing that well but I have few other choices. – Delplanque Pierre (DC): quick for a defender, but small as well. I think his future lies at the DM position – Koné Roger (MRC): had the highest potential and since his debut his attributes went up immediatly. Strong mentals – Lemasson Killian (AML/SC): surprisingly taking the lead up front with regularly scoring a goal. Ever present at the moment. Trying to improve his finishing though. – Leroy Jérôme (MC/AMC): not registered yet. Think of bringing him as an attacking CM due to his flair. – Lucas Mickael (DC/DL): naturally a central defender but not that big. See how he progresses, maybe he can make a shift to the DL position – Melluso Alessandro (DR/WB/AMR): doesn't have high potential but he's physically a rock. Hope to improve other attributes. Maybe he'll be fine – Ormaetxea Carlos (AMC/MC/AML): waiting to register him but he's currently improving unexpectedly well. Player who can act on different positions – Wattez Tanguy (DC/WBR/DM): look at that height (1m91). Ideal for set pieces. A true central defender Tourcoing, la créative, on y va! Benjoe
2018-19 RecapThe Cannet-Rocheville Rebuild year 2 Oh well. We finished 1 position worse than last year with 4 points less. Our intake was an interesting one though. We blooded some youngsters this season and threw previously grey players away from our first team so only a few of these remains. With Benjamin Pappoe as the big winner of breaking through. Our reserves have been filled with a bunch of year 1 and year 2 regens. Hopefully they can get some minutes to develop and showcase talent so I can promote them to first team in time. And now for the Youth intake 2018/19. Me looking at the CA / PA of Christophe Trani. For our level he is a massive talent. Only downside is the same old, same old. He is 14. Can't use him for the next 2 seasons. Gah. Some of the others, who initially looks quite interesting. And the U19s squad after the full season.
Benjoe
Ahead of season 4 with Le Cannet-Rocheville Maximuss has tweaked his ween baguette croissant to accommodate two strikers to include young Brasseur. This talent needs to be getting first team game time. No question about it. But our only real player left (we had two Andrietti just left us...) Puyoo is also a striker, and we used to only use one striker. Puyoo is a big, strong striker. He can run, jump, head and finish. He can't create though. And neither can Brasseur. So how to fit both in? Here's how we do it. We need both to be aiming to score the goals. We have no other who can finish our chances. Literally everyone else are rubbish. We severely needed Brasseur to turn 16. Puyoo will be using his size and power in an attacking sense so I'll give a go at a TM(a) which is a rare one for me. Usually I have the TM on support if even used. I do like the big, dominant striker though. And using him as a focus point with floating passes is actually something that could prove very effective at this level. Brasseur will use his speed and cold blooded finishing to get the most out of the chances that we should be creating in abundance. We have a AP(s) and two wingers in addition to a BtB midfielder and of course, the Target man who will be feeding him with flick ons relentless of the Attacking role. We have the Ball winning midfielder to close down when the time is right and chase lose balls. Our libero will hopefully get a bit forward, but given the support role he won't be diving too far forward and compromise the defensive stability too much. Sweeper keeper as in the previous editions. Godard has a good speed on him, but with poor passing. I want him to close out though, in case our libero leaves space behind him (which he will, he's not good enough not to). I quite like this team tbh. Getting Brasseur up really changes our team. Before we basically had Puyoooo to score, and that was it. Now at least we got one guy extra who knows how to hit the net. This is rather depressing to look at though. Our Key Players on the right side of this screenshot. Our two key players listed is Puyoo and then it's our 15 year old Christophe Trani Y3A who is not old enough to play this season. Expectations are for a 7th, and given our run the last two seasons I don't dare to hope for much more. I can, however, reveal that - as you can tell from the player screenshots - that I'm in end of September, and so far Brasseur-Puyoo has been working really well. I am holding back on any celebrations for now though.
Benjoe
Brassuer bags his first hat-trick at 16! His 6th goal in 6 games. I especially like his 2nd. That first touch and turn into a calm finish on the second touch. Ouch. The funny part is, that Alan Thomas (a plain old Grey player signed in season 1) is the guy running the show from BtB in midfield. He's just so average. Imagine if we had a proper talent there! I'll really need to look into molding one of my many talents into a BtB. There must be someone who can takeover there. We have plenty of "strikers" who don't have a clue about finishing, and wide players who lacks the crossing or defending to really excel out wide. Should be someone interesting for that sort of role. Benjoe
Brasseur is improving rapidly after his fine form! I do, however, dislike quite a bit that he rises in almost all ****ing stats. Benjoe
The Cannet-Rocheville Youth Intake 2019/20 Our Junior Coaching is the only thing my board will supply with additional funds. It's at adequate now. Not great, but, well, adequate. This hasn't stopped us from developing some fine prospects (okay, mostly just two who are really worth mentioning) the last 3 seasons. This time could seem to be one of the most interesting ones. Not because of CA/PA because my staff has **** judgement, but because of the stats and skillsets I see on a specific few. Straight away my HoyD is taking all credit for bringing through our two highest rated prospects this year. Great man. Looks good! Asante being rated the highest, is not the most exciting one for me. Is he the BtB I've been looking for? Maybe. He does have some of the stuff to do it. His mentalt would need some developing though. Martinez here is the star. In a not so glamorous mold albeit. Future Ball-winning monster I recon. I appreciate that. His combination of Tackling, Aggression, Bravery, Decisions, Determination, Work Rate, Balance aaaaaand Strenght all being 12 or higher is reeeaally something I'm excited to get to use at some point. He is also already one of our best free kick takers, whatever that is worth (hint: nothing). Would say he was a future captain, but he is no Vogel with that 1 leadership.. Ciccone is an elegant - okay, I just noticed his agility and balance.... he is anything but elegant... - playmaker who can spray the good passes, but can't spot the openings. He is good at making decisions, but can't anticipate what's about to happen around him. And his throw ins are WEAK. We'll see what'll become of him. I like this. Sousa is a good one. He has physique and can sort of head the ball. I do believe he is afraid of balls though. That'll be a problem considering I'm gonna have him as our target for crosses and long balls. Kid needs to get bolder. DeMarco Zélateur-Joachim. What a name. His flair is absurd. Just like his name. I think he can outdo his CA/PA quite a bit. A challenging winger who likes to take on his man. Saidi is one of the few who I see have a future as CB. Still the one position where we haven't really had any proper talents. In 4 years that's quite impressive. He does have some of the making for a solid no-nonsense stopper though.
Schiavone
Bienvenue dans le NordJune 1st, 2018 (end of season 2 review) In the National 3 form dropped dramatically. Only 3 wins in 13 games. That's not enough. A lot of concerns since we didn't win any of our last 7 games. Despite still finishing safely in 10th position, decline was too big. I hope we can pick ourselves up next season. It will be a must or we can get into real troubles. On the players front, no one really stood out. The better players were Killian Lemasson with his goals, Grégory Moret with his assists and Matthieu Debisschop with his leading playmaking role. With those names in mind I do think that others are able to overtake their positions though, except from our deep lying playmaker. It all depends on every player his development. Season stats can be found here. To end this post I have some very critical and crucial info about my team and their performances. This challenge will be very difficult for some time to come. The problem for my team lies up front. 6 other teams got strikers with 15 goals or more. My league topscorer is Lemasson with 9, Debisschop (a defensive midfielder) got 4 and is my second best... If you analyse our season you’ll see that we have played 10 matches without scoring. Actually I’m not surprised by that but it’s almost half of our games we lack finishing strength. But when you look at our available strikers and their finishing attribute you’ll notice the problems we have. A short overview of the finishing stats: Lemasson (4), Barsotti (6), Bertrand (3). This says it all. Next to that it’s also a fact that my teens have to develop further. Currently only my veteran players got a 7.00+ average rating after the season. This tells a lot about the current quality that is available to the team. Nevertheless we keep going. I guess next season probably will/can be similar to this one. Financially some positive news. We're on a break-even balance. Once I was able to find a little bit of money, I immediately invested this in my national B coaching badge which I'm currently following. I also try to improve the junior coaching from a limited to basic level. I’m happy with these kind of small improvements though. Tourcoing, la créative, on y va! Benjoe
I was starting to really get motivation for this save even being in the 6th tier forever. Brasseur bombing away - his debut season with the first team ending with these fine numbers: I couldn't wait for Trani to come up and join him, so the three of us could take over the world together. Deisler26
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard 2023/24 Season Review Well, I joined the club in January and they were pretty rudderless, despite being there or thereabouts for the playoffs. And that continued to translate into results as we would meander our way to the end of the season. We had the chance to clinch a playoff spot on the final day, however a farcical performance against relegation playoff team Sporting Club Bastiais saw us lose 2-5 and eventually finish 8th in Domino's Ligue 2. I am very excited about the rebuild for the team this season, from the team structure to the players. Go Sochaux! Benjoe
I'm sticking to this save a while longer. As always... sitting 6th. This season we do have far more academy graduates in our starting 11 though! 3 of the starting 11 are not yet, but Jaureguiberry is tough to replace when we don't really have any proper libero candidates and he's doing quite good. Hamza will be replaced by a academy player soon-ish, and Puyoo is tough/impossible to just replace with his 1 goal per 90 mins... These lads are coming up soon and will likely force themselves into the first 11. Asante likely as the BtB and Martinez is in line to take over at BWM. I considered having Martinez as my future Libero, but not sure he is what we want there. I want a tall libero with offensive qualities as his main and then the defensive ones to be more supportive. I don't see Martinez like that but he could be really strong for us a midfield destroyer.

shaunvamos
End of 2023 Season Review We had a really good start to the season, hanging around 8th for the first third, before we started to get tired and fitness became a real issue. We were never in real danger of being relegated despite what the table looks like. Just gotta keep building onto the next season, and try and make a more solid push into the top half. Key Players Top league goalscorer! Aims for Next Season As I mentioned earlier, we had a good start to the season, so this season is about being more consistent and making sure we have the fitness to do so. MarcxD
2021-2022 Drancy A tough start but thanks to some great win streaks we managed to get another promotion. The club and squad is far from Ligue 2 level so I'm interested to see how that will play out... But it should be good for finances at least. The team is still mostly consisting of the first team I inherited, although slowly but surely more youngsters are going to have to replace the older players and players that won't renew their contracts like the best player at the club currently in Soumaworo.
