Game (and pc) keeps freezing

after a while (usually when i leave the laptop for some minutes) the game keeps freezing.  no crashes.

and i've to force the shutdown as i can't do anything with the pc. i've the last patch, but this is happening since day one of FM2018.

Do you have any settings set on your system for sleep mode or hibernation after a certain amount of time? If so, with these disabled does the same issue happen?

Also do you have any kind of anti-virus program installed? If so, what type?

Okay avast! has been known to cause conflicting issues with FM in the past. We would very much suggest reading and following all the instructions as listed in the FAQ entry below:

hello there, again

i've formated my pc and made a clean installation of windows 10. i didn't installed avast. i left the windows defender.

 

but i had another freeze. only one, i admit. but it happened.

and now, my laptop started beeping uninterrupted as i lunch the game. every time i lunch the game.

What do you mean it's beeping? Does it do anything else at this point? Are you running the system plugged into the mains?
