Suggestions: improve the agents saying, "I'm going to wait until you make an offer before..etc.

I get that agents can be tricky, but I absolutely hate the guessing game I'm faced with when agents say that. I have absolutely no idea what to offer clause and bonus wise and when I make a mistake, it's nearly game over with an amber light. Maybe re-incorporating the Ass Man feature to help guide me would be a massive help.
