What I mean is, the winter transfer update includes player transfers, manager movements, Current Ability changes, individual attribute changes, Potential Ability changes etc. accurate to early 2018. Does anyone make a mod that takes official PA updates from the winter update but not any of the rest? What I want is an "official" PA update that let's me simulate a realistic summer 2017 start but with accurate Potential Ability values for players as of the winter update. I feel like this should be quite easy for FM to provide as an official database, but understand that probably won't ever happen - so I thought I'd ask whether anyone does this unofficially?
