How can i change backgorund of base skin?

Inside the graphics folder for the skin you are using create a new folder called backgrounds (if it doesn't already exist) then place the new background you want to use in that folder make sure the file is called 'default'

Then load up the game turn the skin cache off and reload the skin for your changes to take affect.
