[FM18] What do you call genetically modified corn? I suppose it's still corn-ish.

Wow, Fry's club in the Championship and Newcastle becoming a real yo-yo club it seems.

Unlucky on the relegation, you'll come back stronger next season and be better for it.

A massive win over Cribbs and in the FA Cup and we squeezed past Southport to qualify for the 1st Round where we'll face Notts County. In the league we're still going strong in the league and have a 5 point lead on Maidstone United. :D

Great start to the league campaign there, shame about the Tycoon but he didn't seem to invest huge sums of money into the club from what I could tell. Or did you not asked for improvements a lot of the time?

Nyetimber Pirates

Battle Baptists

Cribbs

Some absolute oddball names. :D

I really hope the teams with great names keep climbing up the leagues!

Cheers! He only ever invested enough to keep us afloat and never enough to actually invest in any facilities.

Shame about the relegation and loss of the chairman, but good news on youth investment and a season where you've conquered the league rather than squeeze through the playoffs. Got to be a good sign.

As you said United won the league in the 8-9 season ha.

Hopefully with the tycoon now gone it will lower our expectations for the next few seasons!

Players so excited about the title win they've forgotten how the podium works!

Excellent work and lets hope for a better time in the National League this time around.

At least they knew how to find the net!  Hopefully we can finish 20th next season!

Well done on having that bouncebackability!!

Tylers still got it too!

Thanks! Tyler is great and still wants low wages! :D We're getting rid of Hayden as his contract runs out next month, he's just not been able to get back into the team after his injury, and he's on £2,500 p/w.

42 goals conceded - defence stronger than it has been in the past, are you more confident? Did the better GK ever materialise?

We have Dan Viveash who's finally made it to the first team and we have 17 year old Jack Sutton who could be a first teamer in the future.

We started pre-season predicted 18th, I have no idea why we're predicted 9th now.

Either you have signed better players, or the AI teams have sold/released their better players.  The odds are dynamic these days and change depending on your squad.

Congrats on bouncing back to the National League.

You have to love extended databases because obscure teams always rise the ranks crazily. The rise of Fry's Club has been great because as well as reading about your progress with St Buryan, I have something to look out for at the end of the season!
