[Suggestion] The Full Game On Tablet

Football Manager's Classic Mode has been a godsend for those who yearn for in-depth soccer simulation but lack free time it demands. This streamlined alternative to the full-fat game has also proven popular with lapsed players who felt alienated when the series grew more complex.

In recent years, Football Manager Classic has become a standalone game on tablet devices - under the moniker of Football Manager Touch - enabling those who play stripped-down FM on their PC to continue their game on their iPad or Android slate. This was only possible when tablet hardware became advanced enough to support high-end video games, and it's more than capable of that now.

With this in mind, Sports Interactive should consider releasing the full version of Football Manager 2019 for tablets. Admittedly, most devices besides the latest iPads and Samsung's current flagship Tab S might struggle to run it, but if games of this calibre were available on the App Store and Google Play, you can bet hardware manufacturers would churn out more gadgets optimised for their spec demands.

Being able to play the full-fat FM19 anywhere would be fantastic. High-end gaming on the go is a selling point of the Nintendo Switch, and it would be equally well received among the Football Manager community, if Touch downloads are any indication.

Classic Mode should, of course, still be included in the mobile edition of FM19 for those who prefer the streamlined experience when playing on the fly.
