fmFutbolManager
I like to play the game as realistically as possible. This means that I do not make any player purchases or negotiate any player or staff contracts myself. I will identify my transfer targets and add them to the transfer targets list and have my Director make the signings for me. However, I could be Man United and hire the worst Director of Football in the game and still get the same fees and contracts negotiated compared to hiring the most expensive Director of Football. What I think is missing is a key attribute for the Director of Football, or any staff member charged with making transfer offers and negotiating staff and player contracts: Negotiating. This would add some key realism to the game that I think is missing. For example, Daniel Levy, clearly is a much better negotiator than Edward Woodward. It would make the task of assigning a Director of Football more of a challenge as at the moment if, like me, you hand over these financial responsibilities. Thanks you for the consideration. 7omer
Sounds like a good improvement for those who are less hands on on the transfer market and would focus more on the staffs skill's to get a good result. I am more hands on myself, but do support this.
