In the staff responsibilities section this does not seem to be an option for me. Do I have to sack the U18 and U23 manager to do this or is there an option somewhere I don't know about? Guest Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Yes, if you want to control a reserve or youth team at your club you need to sack the manager. Not sure why you’d want to do that though as the match experience players gain at youth level is largely irrelevant & the most significant influence you can have is through their training. Best advise it to head over to tactics, training & strategies section, have a read of any relevant threads you can find & if you still think you need help after reading what already exists start a thread of your own.
