Crash during a load to a game

Recommended Posts

So to confirm, you get this when you re-launch the game? Or when you're actually trying to load a save game?

If it's the latter, can you please upload your save game to our FTP and let us know the file name? FTP details here - https://community.sigames.com/topic/417549-ftp-details/

Also are you running a custom database with any of your saves? Let us know, thanks.

Hello Neil.

It is actually when I load a save game.

I ran the official game database.

The save game name is 'Tsahi-Ernest'

Please help me.

Hi @Ernest166

Thanks for uploading that. We have managed to reproduce your issue.

Do you have any backup saves from the same career? If so, when you load them do they also load or not?

There is a chance it is corrupted, we'll check with the coding team and let you know when we have any further info.

Would suggest you should try and see if you can restore a previous version by following the instructions found via the link below:

@Neil Brock

It is very hard for me to even think about the option that after all my time and effort it will be erased like nothing.

Could you please update me about the current progress?

Yeah we've not been able to address your specific issue just yet but the coding team are reviewing it currently.

We appreciate your patience in regards to this and will update you when we can.

Thanks.
