herne79 Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 On the General Training screen, set Match Preparation to Tactics and move the slider at the top to more (the most) Match Prep. davehibb Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 Yep, I've been using the tried and tested method, though it might just be me, but it does seem to be quicker in FM18. I still try to ram 10 or so friendlies in preseason, just to get everyone's match readiness up and rotate as to not get too many injuries but so far in season 1 of the saves I've started, getting the tactical familiarity up to full, seems to not take just as long as in previous versions.
