Yes, as I write this there's a keeper just released from Sutjeska who has interest from multiple EPL clubs as well as Monaco and PSG.

These are the Europa League groups with Montenegrin teams. Rudar look like they'll get smashed, but Grbalj could get some results here.

If it wasn't for that shocker at Benfica we would've topped the group! We also blew the lead at home to Juventus, so we are clearly able to push those bigger teams now.

2034 Youth Intake

Wow. I guess this is what a half star reputation boost does to an intake! 2 players jump right out me, but the other tagged players look promising too. Good personalities are rampant here as well.

 

Impressive physicals for a 15 year old, and eveyrthng else looks nice too. Will be trained as a CM as we don't use CAMs.

 

Well then. There is nothing about this kid that looks bad. No red attributes whatsoever, and plenty of greens. He will br retrained as a CM, because, well, why not? 16 passing already, the sky is the limit here. 

 

Great personality, and despite the height I'll retrain him as a CB.

That'd be nice, but I'll never willingly tank a match to play in a theoretically easier comp. besides, I think that the breakthrough isn't very far away, we've just been unlucky drawing top 5 teams.

2033/34 Season Review

4 matches lost this year. It's weird that I'm getting excited when I lose matches, as it's not just a procession.

Amazing season. Broke league assists and average rating records. 

 

Solid contribution, 25 goals and 24 assists. 

 

Pretty much played every game for us this season, and broke the league record for goals scored in a season. Generation next is in session!

Was unhappy because I rejected offers so he decided to let his contract run out. Good to see he's joined a good club. He's not a big loss to us as we are stacked in the midfield now.

We've proven we can beat Shakhtar and match Juventus, but I'm not sure about Tottenham.

This was a pretty disappointing campaign, made difficult when Shakhtar beat Juventus so points mattered even more. Needed a draw from our last game and hope Juve won, and luckily both happened so we are through to the Europa knockouts.

 

So many teams we could get, and we get Milan. Could've been worse I guess. We are ranked ahead of them too.

Wow, fantastic career. I just speed-red all 7 pages and really enjoyed it. You've made me really tempted to try a youth challenge which is not handy at all, as I'm still in the middle of my journeyman, and have tried a sort-of-youth-challenge-ish last year in Croatia and got bored after 4 years.

Haha thanks mate! Yeah I remember reading that one, was disappointed to see it end, but I guess boredom is a real issue with this type of save, especially if you're stuck in the same spot.

Could've been great for us, but we had so many good players on the right. Got a tan and decided to go to Mornar Bar where he's featured consistently there.

Still with us, and has had 5 or 6 solid seasons. 46 international caps too!

 

Ivan Jovanovic 8C

 

Didn't do much for us. 8 caps though!

 

Class of 2020 15 Years On

 

Goran Milovanovic 3A: Has played for 2 more clubs since his update, hasn't done much.

Ugljesa Milosavljevic 3B: More of a journeyman, has played for 4 more clubs.

Anes Mehanovic 3C: Played for 3 other clubs. Unimpressive.

Smashed them at home and then shut up shop for the away leg. Safely through.

 

 

Although Lyon are a strong team, I'm confident here as we haven't lost to them and we are a stronger team than when we played them 3 years ago.

My computer decided that now was the right time to update and restart, and of course I didn't save up till the last post. So now I have to replay the Milan tie again, and it means I lost my youth intake. So here's the new one.

 

Yes, we have a 5* prospect. He's also predicted to be one of the best of his generation. Why am I disappointed? Because I feel like I didn't earn this intake and only got it because the computer shut down. So I don't know how I feel about all this.

 

I mean yes he looks great. But still.

Through to the semis! After a 1-1 draw at home I shut up shop and hoped to see them out. My team had other ideas. Not complaining of course!

2034/35 Season Review

Grbalj are starting to pull away from the rest.

Absolute beast in the league this season. 

 

Very consistent, and doubled his career goal tally this year.

 

You might remember Isakovic as our first player labelled as a generational talent. Turns out they got that horribly wrong. Whilst he is good, he's not outstanding. Had a good year here but it's his last season as he threw a tantrum and let his contract run out.

Yeah getting closer. No I haven't, but we aren't selling out consistently this is more of a precaution.

Impressive against Madrid, and we had the lead at Monaco before we blew it in the last 10 minutes.

 

We have played Feyenoord 4 times, twice in 2020 and in 2031. We have won 1 and lost 3. But I don't think they will cause us much trouble. I hope.

I don't know. I mean our players are getting better, and our results are better in Europe, but I still believe there is a glass ceiling as we haven't been able to beat any of the really elite teams. I mean we are now in the top 20 European clubs so that's progress, but I still think there's a glass ceiling. I'll just see how this year goes.

First leg triumph indeed. I have no idea how we won 7-1 away, I used the same formation next game against Petrovac and only won 4-0.

 

We have a record of 2W-3D-1L with 8 goals scored against 5. Could this be our year?
