Managing Bangladesh? 🇧🇩

Hi, why can't I manage Bangladesh?

it shows up in search but all the players are greyed out. 

Also in my career managing Man Utd I've been selected in the Bangladesh squad but it just shows me no other players in senior squad.

also when I go to search jobs to see if I can manage Bangladesh, it shows various other nations and their managers and how stable their jobs are but not showing Bangladesh 😑

Will I ever get to manage my home country?

and lastly why don't sigames add "Asian" countries I.e south Asian countries such as Bangladesh India Pakistan Sri Lanka ?? 

Theres billions of ppl in that continent and a huge fan base. 

I feel we get left behind. And am sure getting license for these teams is peanuts compared to other nations teams.

i really want to manage Bangladesh as a manager. 

Hope in future they add Bangladesh as a playable nation to manage .. in FMT
