Revert Summer 2016 Transfers?

I was wondering if anyone knows of an existing database for fm17 where all the transfers of summer 2016 were reverted so that I could have complete freedom to make my own signings rather than being bound to players that were signed in the real life window or missing out on those who moved to other teams. I tried using a custom start date with real results on fm16 and although it technically returned the desired results I would definitely prefer to do it this way.

I have been searching for hours but cannot find one. I understand that this is probably quite a unusual request but I would like to think that there are other people who would have liked to try this out too.
