will221996 Posted June 19, 2017 Share Posted June 19, 2017 hello. I have made a league with a wage cap. One of the rules is that the wage cap only applys to non designated players. Each club has 5 slots for designated players. However, when testing i cannot offer designated contracts, and i cant give them to players using the ingame editor.
