Fmfan00
I have decided to use the Level 22 Database verison 6.0 from the SI Games forum which has level 22 of the English league and plan on starting with Level 22 and working my way up We will using add players to all playable teams and also not adding key staff. Keep in mind any players that I am given I can only use those ones and the players that I bring up through my youth intake and that is it no other players. Unless we bring in players from possible parent clubs or when we get affiliate clubs bring players up from there other then that no other players. The only other time we can bring in players is trial day I will be starting with Brazil’s regular season start date on April 30th 2016 The following is my coaching stats as well database settings, we have a database of 70,910 players The reason why such an early start date is that we are using players that are random players and we want to be used to our tactic that way we can spend the whole month of July and such preparing the upcoming season. Setup: Manager stats Team Info Our board will let us hire 1 Director of Football 1 Head of Youth 1 Assistant Manager 1 Club Coach 1 Head Physio 1 Physio 1 Chief Scout 1 Scout The only way we can bring in staff to our club is through the job adverts League Table is as follows: League Rules as follows: League Rules Part 1 League Rules part 2 April 30th Some news from the social media feed of the team Don't think this will end well, hope he does a good job but i'm not convinced. – Elsie Burch Absolutely buzzing to see how Rick Stevens gets on! - Lola Cresswell Canada's Rick Stevens will bring a different approach to Adastra Park, very intriguing appointment. - Craig Christie May 17th Our 24 yr old striker Josh Tuttle has turned down an offer from AFC Bolnore and has decided to stay with our club May 30th I took a screenshot because at this level 22 in England it was too good to be true. With how well Terry McPhillips is we have decided to offer him main club coach as well as our Head of Youth development coaching job as well. Now we sit by the phone and wait to see if he agrees and joins our club or not. May 31st We got great news from a Keymour and Hassocks point of view as Terry McPhillips has decided to join our club as our main club coach and Head of Youth coach. They each play each other in their lats game so i mean we need a win and those 2 to draw and then well see where it goes from there. Our chances of getting promoted are next to nill to be honest. Fmfan00
May 3rd We signed another player our chief scout recommended us sign and that is 22 yr old midfielder Rob Parker May 12th After explaining to the board that we need more scouts in general and they tried to tell me at this level you get what you get for staff but after some discussion they have decided to grant my request so now we can carry 1 Chief Scout and 2 regular scouts We have named Craig Nelson as our new Director of Football May 13th We have gone out and named Graham Kerr as our new Assistant Manager May 14th We have brought in a new scout in Pete Burdett May 15th We have brought in 17 yr old midfielder Emmanuel Salifu May 18th We have brought in 17 yr old GK Andrew Clifton May 21st Graeme Kelly has fully recovered from his double hernia that has kept him out of action for 6 weeks With the players returning in a month what is going to happen is I will be scheduling alot of friendly games. The month or month and half long friendlies we will be spliting our training camp into 2 squads. One Team Black (Black Jerseys) and Team Gold (Gold Jerseys). Each roster will carry 2 goalkeepers 7 defenders, 6 midfielders and 4 strikers. Each team will play 8-10 friendlies which will be made up of our main squad, our u23 players and players we brought in from our youth intake who are now on our U18. The reason for this is that we get a chance to look at everyone for next season. If we need to release anyone bring anyone up etc and see what some players future is with our club. May 27th We have brought in 18 yr old midfielder Kevin Wallace With Kevin Wallace coming in we have decided to release Lewis Dickinson May 30th I know i said earlier in my save that I would sign players 2 times a year November and March at the youth intake day. I have decided to change my mind. I have decided to go with the off-season (so that is 3rd week of April until end of June), then any time we have trial days and then our youth intake. If our scouts tell us to scout players for transfer we will scout them during the regular season and then add the mto our short list and then in the off-season we will take another look at them and see if they will be a upgrade to our squad or not. The U23 league has rules for 1 max new goalie and max of 3 over-23 players and the season will take part from August to May on Monday evenings. We have accepted. Even though he has been brought in on trial before the July 1st team transfer deadline, depending on how well he does on his 4 week trial if he does well because he has been accepted before the July 1st deadline we can still sign him anyone else not brought in before tomorrow cannot be brought in until next off-season unless its through trial date or youth intake.
