Skin question/request

So this is a bit much to ask but I dont know much about skinning and I don't have a lot of time right now but here it is:

1. I'm playing on 1366x768 and the insanely small club logo is driving me crazy. I like the logo size in the title bar in the CFM and OPZ Elite skins(ideally something between these two) but I want to keep the base skin because I like it overall. So does someone have such panel or how else can I make it look like one of those two:

The first one is the logo size from CFM but I prefer the second one with smaller back and forward buttons and slightly bigger logo. That is how it looks in the default skin

2. Second- how can I see the long sleeve GK kit in the tactic screen using the shirt fix?I have the pictures but it shows normal shirt instead. Here: http://i.imgur.com/0U9CCl2.png

3. How can I make my club profile look like this and with real stadium pictures

Or alternatively modify the panels from CFM or OPZ elite to make them look like this and use them in the base skin instead of how they actually look http://i.imgur.com/uhZ7dKQ.jpg
