Hi Knap, Having relatively good success with GOODBYE 3430 with Tottenham but seem to hit a mid season slump, last season I lost 4 and drew around 5, any ideas? I used the tactic throughout the whole season and never changed for big away games. Also would you recommend using 3430 DIRECT specifically for away games? knap Posted October 7, 2018 Author Share Posted October 7, 2018 It is not unusual for a spell when either you have no luck or the team does not turn up. I tend to try and grind out a result by using a contain or SUS tactic. If on FM 17 an alternative to get a goal and force a result is to push up and use defensive mentality to hold ball better. Seemed to start well but struggle away against the top teams. In FM 17 Spurs were well suited to the tactic apart from Kane needing to be re trained. I may also need to tweak the tactic slightly for certain matches as I left it the same for all and never changed anything once, including mid game if I was behind.
