jc577
I've just taken over at Sheffield Wednesday after an unsuccessful spell at palace saw me get the sack - the team's struggling down in 18th place. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
Phelix
My first advice would be to thoroughly examine your squad. Determine who your key players are and from there determine a basic defensive shape that allows a fluid transition into an attacking shape that suits you. Then identify where you are weakest and try and strengthen those areas. Spend some time getting your coaching staff up to scratch, then sort individual player training. Then, play some matches, really watch how things unfold. Use a note-pad and pen, write down the key things you notice, work on ways to correct the bad things and replicate the good things. fish18ish
If you're in the first season then you'll have an excellent Championship scorer at your disposal in Jordan Rhodes. Build your team around him.
