225C
I've been dealing with a moody striker who demanded to start more first team games, so I promised to play him, and he immediately got injured during the next match. He ended up being injured for a few months. When the time frame for my promise to him expired, he was angry that the promise wasn't kept and he submitted a transfer request. I haven't had this happen before. Is this just a bug or something? I didn't see any options in our conversation to tell him that the reason he didn't play is that his knee was obliterated.... Anybody else deal with this before?
FrazT
This is clearly a bug, so if you can open a thread in the Bugs forum and upload a save game then it can be investigated.
Harryseaess
When I make a promise and the player gets injured during the promised time period you'll get a news item near the end of the period saying that because they were injured they will give you more time to fulfill the promise. Sounds like what you're experiencing is a bug.
JSZylox
Same thing happened to me, kind of. He was already injured when he demanded more playing time...

I'd raise this too, especially if it was a long term injury
