Extract items from editor file?

Does anybody know if its possible to extract individual players or other items from an editor file? 

 

I downloaded a custom legends database, but theres too many legends in the file to make the game rewarding. So i wanted to extract the top 200 or so players from the file into a new file. Is this possible?
