I install it in "My documents/.../Football Manager Touch 2017/skins" but I cant see it in the game Edit: Working perfect. Good work!! The game looks fantastic with this skin. One question. I already put CFM Touch Skin 2017 into a validation queue on FMScout. It will appear as soon as Stam or any other admin from FMS will accept it so... keep an eye on that if anyone here is interested.
