However, this only happens when my assistant manager suggest the idea, and it is very rare to happen. Are there any other methods? Also, could someone give the names of 5-stars-coaching-quality coaches? (P.S. I really regret that I set my level of discipline at 8 only, never get a 5-stars.) If they want to, how much they can develope, ambition etc. Then you have the financial issue for smaller clubs too If you ask yourself regularly, you might get lucky.
