phnompenhandy Posted December 16, 2016 Share Posted December 16, 2016 I'd expect it to vary according to circumstances, but in my lower league save I'm finding the upgrade on training facilities starts at the end of the season and is completed by the end of October. Youth facilities take longer - 10 months in all. A news item from my chairman in May 2018 (it's now August) informs me that the YF cost 160,000 GBP and the TF 215,000 GBP, a whopping 375,000 GBP in total which will leave me in deep deep debt!
