Can you use any number between 0 and -100 for random potential ability in the editor?

I know you can use -7 (110-140), -8 (130-160), -95 (160-190), etc., but can you also use numbers that aren't divisible by 5 and 10? For example -73 (116-146), -86 (142-172), etc.?

Just tried it in the editor. You can't, it just defaults to 0 if you try.

Nope. The only values that count are:

-1
-15
-2
-25
-3
-35
.. etc

So increments of 5.

Basically, -75 means a PA of 120-150.
