shaunvamos
2026/27 Season Review After our resounding success in Europe, it's ironic that this season also broke our league winning streak. We didn't beat Lusitans at all this season, and they were the only team we lost to. It's going to be very difficult as they keep signing Portuguese players from lesser top division clubs. Hopefully they don't undo all the work we have put into Europe and win a game or two. Next season we will have to do it from the Europa League, but for the seasons to come it's going to be a hard scrap between us and Lusitans for that league title, and they have just gotten the upper hand. Key Players This year marked the first time Pardo hasn't been the top scorer for the club. This is in part due to his injuries, which kept him out for a total of 3 and a half months. But it is also due to the outstanding season from Bestard, topping the goals and assist charts in the league, and also our top scorer in Europe with 8. Pascual gets his first feature on here, despite being at the club for 7 years. He was our main player in the midfield, and his passing accuracy this season was amazing. Other News We finally turn pro, our scouting network improves (hopefully some youths come from there), and another solid financial addition. Lusitans lost 3-0 to Maribor (SVN), UE Santa Coloma lost 6-0 to Domzale (SVN), and Sant Julia lost 6-0 to CFR Cluj (ROM). The national team finished last in their Euro Nations League group despite a win and a draw against Lithuania, but lost every game. As of this writing the manager has been sacked, so it looks like I will be managing the national team too.

shaunvamos
Pretty straighforward, although I would have preferred a slightly bigger win. We beat Austria Wien last year, surely this would be a lot easier?
shaunvamos
Pretty good victory, we were in control for both legs. Bit of a personal victory too as in my last Andorran save Grodig stole a lot of my players. Ah. Well I guess we have to win the league this season then. TIR669
Fantastic CL campaign last season, and a great youth intake as well. In classic saves the fun would start after turning pro, as for you, upgrading facilities and hoping for solid youth players, while getting the results. Shame about Lusitans, when I played in Andorra they would regularly get great Portuguese youth players every year, hopefully you'll get the title back next year. shaunvamos
We fought valiantly, but it wasn't enough to get past the great French side. The fact that they are one of the best French teams and that we were competitive only bodes extremely well for the future. But now we focus on domestic football, as we attempt to stop Lusitans establishing a stronghold on the league for seasons to come.
shaunvamos
Youth Intake Day A fairly average intake, but one where we get a 5* prospect. The problem is that we don't need any more keepers, but I'm more than happy to stick him in development and see what happens from there. We get some depth options in the middle with B, C, and D all able to fill in. DM is where we really need players right now, so hopefully they develop quick. shaunvamos
2027/28 Season Review We went into this season looking to just stay competitive with Lusitans as they began to assert their authority over the division. However I started to become optimistic as we beat them convincingly in our first two meetings. As the season progressed, and Lusitans new signings began to gel together, they started to discover the form that had won them the title the previous season. As the league split in 2 for the last 6 games I was resigned to accept 2nd place. Enter Sant Julia. They became the bogey side for Lusitans, beating them twice in the split and opening the door for us to steal an unlikely title. Needing a win off our last game, we faced Sant Julia but they didn't prove to be our bogey side, handing us what I think is my favourite title win so far. Key Players After a rare quiet season last season, Miguel came back in a big way with 34 goals. For some reason this is lowest average rating ever in all the years he's been here, although he may not be playing for us very long as he is making noises about wanting to play for a bigger club. Bestard was in scintillating form, with a league best 20 assists and 8.00 average rating. He was also my best scorer internationally, netting 2. Chapelle is the reason youth challenges are so enjoyable. The fact that he came in 5 years ago as the 8th best prospect in the intake and is now one of our starting CMs is testament to the individual development of the players. I think that is in part due to his personality, which enabled him to progress at a faster rate. Other News Assuming we keep doing well in Europe, the facilities will continue to be improved, and as our reputation improves, so will our scouting range and hopefully youth recruitment as well. As for Andorran teams in Europe, Lusitans lost 5-0 to Norwegian champions Rosenborg in the 2nd QR of the UCL. UE Santa Coloma lost 5-1 to Czech Jihlava, and Sant Julia lost 4-1 to Torpedo Zhodino of Belarus. Overall we are slowly improving as a domestic nation, these scorelines are not that heavy. I won't post fixtures or results of the national team unless we do something of note, although a 2-0 win over Faroe Islands was the sole highlight. We have been drawn woth Lithuania, Wales and Luxembourg in the Euro League, so there may be a few victories there.
shaunvamos
I don't know about this match, although we have done really well against teams of better calibre, so hopefully we get a good result from it.
shaunvamos
Brilliant win, a flawless performance at home set up the result for us. I don't think Khoshtaria enjoyed losing to us though as he got a red 7 minutes after his yellow. We last played them 5 years ago and lost 2-0 on aggregate. Seeing as we are much better than we were back then this could be an interesting contest as well.
shaunvamos
We went down overall, but collected a victory at home because I changed the tactic from counter to defensive. In hindsight I probably should have had it at defensive for the away leg too, we might have gone through. But alas it is not the case. We do go through to the Europa League playoff, so hopefully some good comes out of that. We have also lost Pardo (5a) for 2 months, so it will be a long shot.
shaunvamos
Out of these teams I'd probably prefer Kobenhavn, although Nancy wouldn't be too bad (finished 11th in Ligue 1). Wishes do come true! We beat them 3 years ago, so again, hopefully history repeats itself for a berth in our first ever Europa League berth.
shaunvamos
I thought we may have done enough with an way goal, but it was not to be. I guess when we miss someone as valuable as Pardo we really feel it. Depth is still an issue it seems. Oh well, onto attempting to fight off Lusitans. Sant Julia have also turned pro, and the two clubs became the first to buy players for actual money!
shaunvamos
Our first transfers for money, and they are to an Andorran club. I'm more than happy to sell them to the only club giving Lusitans trouble, considering they were unlikely to play for us consistently.

shaunvamos
Unfortunately that was our only win of the campaign, only managing a draw against Lithuania and losing the rest. The team is still getting used to my tactics, despite most of the national team comprising of my club players.
shaunvamos
After a 3 month month absence, I have decided to return to this! This is mostly due to the fact that I regained inspiration seeing the various San Marino challenges on here. So, I come back with the youth intake: As you can see I've changed the way I've tagged players, I just think it's quicker and easier than using the brackets. But what an intake! Personalities aplenty. Central midfield is one of our weak positions, so to get a 5* prospect there with decent starting attributes is a positive sign. Personality aside, this is still a decent addition, and will go straight into our first team as starting DM. Excited about this guy, his pro personality helps a lot. Will be retrained as a CM seeing as we don't use attacking midfielders.

shaunvamos
2028/29 Season Review The quest to repeat the win was thwarted in our last game, but in all honesty Lusitans deserved it. I decided to change our tactics following the youth intake and they seemed to work really well, giving us a win against the champions which shortened the gap. Going into our last game, we needed to beat Lusitans to take the title, but we ended up having a scoreless draw, ensuring we will start in the Europa League next season. Key Players Amazing season from Carvalinho, his 27 league goals a league high. He's making noises about wanting to leave though but I don't want to lose him of course. His attributes are amazing for this level! Bestard was his usual consistent self, topping the league with his 12 assists and contributing with 10 goals. He's benefited from having no competition in his position, as he's only rated 2 stars. That being said, our 5* players are incredible and Bestard is just fine for this level. Now onto the sad news. Yes, Pardo had a good season, as is his norm. But he's refusing to renew his contract, so we will lose him in a month. He's had an amazing career for us, and is quite possibly the best player we will ever have in terms of his accomplishments. I just hope someone signs him up because we need him for the national team. Other News This will upgrade them from adequate to average. Lusitans beat Juvenes Dogana (SAM) 8-0 before losing to NEC Nijmejen (NED) 5-1 in the Europa League 2nd QR. Sant Julia lost 7-0 to Beitar Jerusalem (ISR) in the EL 1st QR. Pas de la Casa lost 6-0 to Cliftonville (NIR) in the EL 1st QR. Positive results for Lusitans, they are going to have to keep it up as they venture into the Champions League thus season. Assuming they keep cheating (I kid, I kid) and bringing in Portuguese players that should happen. This has been a very strange season, with a gap of three months in between continuing this save, but next season I look forward to getting reacquainted with the team. shaunvamos
Well this didn't turn out the way I'd hoped. The negatives of losing Miguel Pardo I guess. We have no decent striker to join Carvalinho either, so it might be a long season. We had more possession and shots in both legs, but just lacked the clinical edge in front of goal. Domingo's own goal didn't help, as spectacular as it was (diving header past our own keeper).
shaunvamos
As expected, we were nowhere near qualifying, but I'm very disappointed that we didn't pick up points against Malta.
shaunvamos
Youth Intake Day We have a Spaniard, and he is excellent! It won't be long before he eclipses our current keeper Fermin Bragado 8A, as they are both rated 4*. Shame he isn't eligible for Andorra though. Not a lot to see here, he is pretty quick though. I'm excited about this guy. Professional personality, and in a position of great importance for us. As a 5* prospect he may become better than Gallego!
shaunvamos
2029/30 Season Review We really felt the loss of Pardo this season, lacking the firepower we had in previous seasons. He still hasn't signed for another club, but hopefully he won't retire. Lusitans are head and shoulders above the rest of the division, much like we were when we won 5 league titles in a row. The rest of the pack are catching up to us, with a couple of teams taking points off us. I think the dominance of Lusitans is going to last a long time, bringing in Portuguese regens in their intake and being active in the transfer market. Key Players The veterans of the team stepped up for us this season, paving the way for the youngsters. They may not be the best players in the team in terms of their ability (except Carvalinho) but they are the most consistent. It should also be noted that Carvalinho added 3 of his 4 international goals against Kazakhstan in our only friendly of the year, a 3-0 victory. Monumental as the Kazakhs are ranked 86th. Other News The prize money from the Champions League is slowly but surely dwindling. Europe Lusitans lost to Trencin (CZE) 4-1 in the CL 2nd QR. Encamp lost 5-1 to Videoton (HUN) in the EL 1st QR. UE Santa Coloma also lost 5-1, to FH (ISL) in the EL 1st QR.

shaunvamos
Heartbreak. After getting walloped 4-1 away, I was eager to just keep the scoreline respectable. Nelson Carvalinho's hattrick meant that we won 4-1, and sent us into extra time with an 87th minute goal. But Stabaek scored in extra time ending our foray into Europe for this season. Given the players we've lost, this is progress. Speaking of players lost, we had to let this man go: Arguably one of the best players to come through our club, generating interest from Valladolid. Hopefully they snap him up as he is too good and too young to retire.

shaunvamos
Well well, what do we have here? An amazing achievement by the lads, most of whom are Santa Coloma players. shaunvamos
Youth Intake Day We get some decent looking CBs to replace Gallego 11A*. Excellent personality, and plenty of potential. Pretty quick for a defender too, but he will have to grow a bit. Decent in the air, but I'll have to tutor him to up that determination. Okay pace and technicals for a poacher, but he needs a lot of work.
shaunvamos
2030/31 Season Review A much closer season until Lusitans ran away wit it after the split. The unusual result to Sant Julia pretty much ruined our chances. We got our revenge on Lusitans by beating them in the cup final. There's still a lot of work to do if we want to close the gap however. Key Players Despite being out for 2 months with shin splints, he was our most consistent performer. He may be pushed out of the team soon, as there are better players in his position. Our top scorer and also the leagues top scorer. If we lose him at any point we're in big trouble. Carvalinho's strike partner who did quite well for himself, appearing in this section for the first time. Other News These will probably be the last facilities upgrades for a while, unless we have a miracle run in Europe. In Europe: Lusitans lost 4-2 to Basel (SUI) in the CL 2nd QR. Pretty impressive against a team of that calibre. U.E. Santa Coloma lost 8-1 to Molde (NOR) in the EL 1st QR. Pas de la Casa lost 6-2 to Valerenga (NOR) in the EL 1st QR. Leagues in Europe Nothing vastly different in any of these leagues, with the same three in most of them. Italy has swapped their third placed teams a bit over the last 5 years, and Benfica's reign on top of Portugal was unceremoniously halted with a 4th place finish. Champions League Same traditional teams fighting for the highest honour in European football, with the exception of Marseille who have made a few appearances over the last 5 years. Europa League The Europa League has thrown up several different results, most notably Hertha Berlin winning the most recent version, Bilbao the year before and Benfica taking it out as well. From now on I will probably post yearly updates for each of the top leagues plus Champions/Europa League winners.

RyanBrown
Nice, a trip to Macedonia. Might even pick up a result. I once managed in Andorra in last year (or the year before's FM), at Penya Encarnada, mainly because their crest looked like Benfica. Was so hard, but winning the league was easy - in terms of international success, well I won the first qualifying round and I was over the moon. Keep it up. shaunvamos
Aside from that 14-0 flogging from Germany, the top team in the world there were some positive results, keeping it quite close against Ireland twice, and Bulgaria and Ukraine once. We also have a chance to qualify for the Euros due to our win in the UEFA Nations League: I read that at least one team from each Division qualifies for the Euros, so that's a nice addition. Last time we played Kosovo was 11 years ago, and they both ended in draws, so hopefully we can get a result here.
