Just a topic I wish to discuss - why does anyone play FM over FMT anymore?

Recommended Posts

Well, I say nothing's changed. Prices went up in June but they'd been the same for over a decade.
All players under 50 might become available soon and perhaps one or two minor things but we've been waiting that long for something to change, I doubt anything will ever.

Best wishes to you and yours too :)

Up until now, FMT has been used to test out tactics. But I've wanted to get into mainly because I do not have the best laptop in the world right now and the slimmed down feature set would allow me to get through seasons faster (always been a fan of long term saves).

The reasons I've stuck with the full game are simply the lack of custom databases and the lack of the editor. If I had those things, I'd probably make the switch over.

As much as I like the amount of detail and control the full game allows me, it would be fun to be able to get through things faster.
