Football Manager Mobile 2016 starting problem

I have bought this game on the account samuel.raica18@gmail.com and I played a little bit then I wanted to buy something (in-game purchase)  and it didn't work(the window from the play store payment didn't showed up)  and the I restarted the game and since then it shows me allways this. (The picture below). I tried everything deleting it, again installing, deleting cache and data, play store uninstalling, again installing, deleting cache and data, google account deleted and again logging in.  Nothing worked but, i have installed the game on other device with the same account and there it worked and works fine. What should I do?

I know you've already tried these, but could you try in the following order please?

- Uninstall the game
- Reboot device
- Force close Play Store
- Clear cache and data from Play Store and Play Services
- Install game from Play Store and run using the Open button

The error message indicates that the game is not able to bind to play store. The only thing I can think of to be honest is to do a full factory reset of the device but I can understand if you wouldn't want to do this.
