ladywoodsb
Wondering if anyone knows about the inner workings of football manager . Me and my mate are have a dispute : I claim that player wages are decided by an algorithm that weights player quality , importance to club , value etc . And from this decides a wage he claims that this cannot explain how wages are decided as players of lower quality and value can often have higher wages in the game - for example John Terry . He says this suggests the writers of the game actually decide a wage for each player through research . anyone have a clue how this would actually work ? Matshit
A mixture. Researchers fill in wage (often done through a mixture of knowledge and guessing), and for the ones that is lacking there is some internal logic to calculate it.
