sherwinriga
I'm not happy with the sack in Moldova, but it's going heads up to an island. Who was the new Saxan manager? Are you probably hate gutting for the most of the time you got sacked? Will probably go back to Malta and Moldova after conquered all nations with all golds? Don't quite understand the Iceland league system though, care to explain? Well the Upper League Cup is just a pre-season cup between the teams from the top 2 tiers and doesn't mean too much, the actual leagues are simple enough, teams play each other twice and 2 get relegated from the top tier and 2 get promoted from the 2nd tier. 3 hours ago, sherwinriga said: I'm not happy with the sack in Moldova, but it's going heads up to an island. The new Saxan manager is a regen called Vadim Solodchi who was a coach whilst I was in charge. brenosantos
Moldova is a cool country, but you had a really poor campaign. Good luck with ÍBV, you did really well in the league cup, specially for a 2nd tier club, but the start in the league wasn't good... I hope you'll improve before being fired again! Makoto Nakamura
June 2022 Things got waay better! We appear to be performing better away from home as well, fingers crossed this form is here to continue as we've gone from 11th to 3rd already and are just 2 points off of the top spot! Makoto Nakamura
July 2022 Well our good run quickly came to an end and then started itself back up again, this is a really weird season although it's safe to say that if I don't get this club promoted then I will be resigning since that was the target and I would have failed, hopefully we won't have to think about that though since we're still just 2 points away from 2nd. Also for the first time we scored 2 goals in 1 minute (48 seconds to be exact).
Makoto Nakamura
August 2022 This is beyond annoying, the team sparsely show their true potential and on paper they're a really good team who when they come together everything just clicks (all of June plus the 4-1 win over UMF Tindastoll) but apart from those games they're headless chickens, we have 2 games left and we can't get promoted. Yay.
Makoto Nakamura
2022 End of Season Typical, 2 wins to draw the season to a close, I haven'y changed my mind though, I failed to get promoted so I'm out, we had 6 or 7 players who performed well and the rest didn't really show up to help. Makoto Nakamura
Alashkert Football Club (Armenian: Ալաշկերտ Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ), commonly known as Alashkert, is an Armenian football club from Yerevan, founded in 1990 in Martuni. They currently play at the Armenian Premier League. The home stadium of the team is the Alashkert Stadium in Yerevan. The club headquarters are located on Saryan street 25, Yerevan. Makoto Nakamura
October 2022 Balls. Morale is low, I joined the club on the back of 3 successive defeats, I helped to increase that to 5 and yet somehow we're still in 3rd, this is going to be tough. EvilDave
Wow, turns out Alashkert in your save have had a much better time of things than they had in mine! Good luck in Armenia, great to see someone down in the Caucasus.
Makoto Nakamura
November 2022 The league is split into 3, the top 2 are far ahead of everyone else, ourselves and Ararat Yerevan are fighting for the final European spot and then the rest are just after dignity really, a pretty poor month sees us fall out of the cup and just get 1 league win in 3, we really need to string some wins together. Makoto Nakamura
February 2023 Just the one game and it's a disappointing draw at home to 7th place FC Banants where we were 2-0 down and had to fight to bring it back to 2-2 but the league is very tight and we still hold on to 3rd. Makoto Nakamura
March 2023 Well we're scoring goals and thankfully for now we're scoring more than the opposition, how long that's going to last I don't know but we've opened up a small 6 point gap between us, 4th, 5th & 6th. Makoto Nakamura
April 2023 Oh dear, how on earth are we still in 3rd?!? Makoto Nakamura
End of Season 2022/23 Well we got top 3 which is alright I guess but next season is going to be difficult, after the away win to FC Pyunik I was required for a confidence meeting, I now need 11 points from the first 5 games of next season or I'm getting sacked. Bring it on. *gulp* Okay, okay hold-up. We came SO close to the Europa League 3rd Qualifying Round. We were 4-0 up against Olympiakos but they had to score one and ruin the party by going through 5-4 on aggregate! And of course Olympiakos get an easy 3rd Qualifying Round draw by facing Cork City. Makoto Nakamura
September 2023 We're out of the relegation zone and have the best goal difference of the teams looking to avoid the drop with five games left, the only worrying game was the 5-2 defeat to Tallinna FC Levadia but they're one of two teams who are miles ahead and they won the league last season. Makoto Nakamura
October 2023 That is job semi-done for this season, we have avoided automatic relegation and unless the last two games go awfully we should also be safe from the relegation playoff as well. Makoto Nakamura
End of Season 2023 A good end to the season with four points from six, even though we were down in 8th we were only ten points off of 3rd and a Europa League spot so the league is very closely contended! Volodymyr Gudyma Robert Briek Vedran Jaksinic Next season is going to be tough no doubt, we're losing both our goalkeepers, 3 players to retirement, we'll have an £11.5k wage budget and £0 transfer budget (we're currently spending £11k on wages) but hopefully we'll do well enough to stay up for another season. Makoto Nakamura
After the retirements and people not willing to sign a new contract this is now the entire first team squad, it's also going to be tough finding replacements with league rules stating that at least 12 of the matchday squad have to be trained in Estonia. sherwinriga
I'm very unhappy with your sack in Armenia, and don't say 'Oh, balls' when you got sacked. Makoto Nakamura
2024 Pre-Season We're predicted 8th but the board want mid-table so the aim is 6th. A nice and easy pre-season.
