QMJHL playoff seeding problem

As mentioned by Savi on the HF Boards EHM thread - "Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but there's a seeding problem in the QMJHL playoffs.

The Q doesn't use a conference playoff system, it's just a 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15 in the first round. However if both the 1 and 2 seed make the semi final, they always have to play eachother because they are on the same side of the bracket every time. While the other semi is always being played between two lower seeded teams."
