The ref in my game is on a Yellow, does that mean anything or just a glitch?

There's no issue here. He wasn't given a yellow card and you can see on the timeline. His name is just simply in yellow. It's to distinguish him from the players; matches the shirt too.

Ref's name in my game is, and has always been, white

When does it turn yellow?

Last part of my post. It usually (always?) matches the yellow shirt.

I was just waiting for a game with a ref in yellow shirt here.

Took a while :D

It sure seems like that's the case:

But why?

Why distinguish the ref from the players with colouring the name yellow?

Doesn't seem to help when players are on yellow cards.

Are there any other colours on the ref's name as well; when the ref is in blue or red?

Because i've only seen the ref's name in white......until now.

Only white and yellow, AFAIK. Not really sure why, but it is working as intended. Was a thread in the ME bugs forum at some point during this FM16 cycle.

Good to know.

Had i seen that myself i would definitely have thought of that as a bug.

It would've been a tricky one, indeed.

How about turning the pitch black or white? That could help a bit :D

I do think it's an odd one though. I find white much easier to read than yellow.
