Icondacarver Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 I have just moved from FM 2014 to FM 2016 and I normally run a tight squad utilising the loan system rather than both of my secondary teams. Mrlee.1986 Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Yeah I have to agree, last year I wasn't involved, but this year I have both under 18s and reserve teams in leagues without being asked, so I guess it's a board choice now instead of ours. Guest Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 I think it depends on the club, the board, and the standing you have with them whether you get the choice or not. Sometimes they will insist on one or both or give you a choice of one. The last year I was given the option whether or not to have a u21 team but they insisted on a u18 team.
