Koetzer
Actually they do, but this value (current ability) is hidden in the game itself and can be viewed only using editors (pre-game or in-game).

Danziel
Thank you for your answer! Hope maybe they add it in the future or Fifa Manager comes back to life or PES Club Manager makes something for PC or Mac. Other than that my passion regarding playing a soccer manager game is left unfulfilled and that makes me sad...

SI would never go down that route and I'm glad they won't.
SI Staff Seb Wassell Posted February 18, 2016 SI Staff Share Posted February 18, 2016 Do players have a numerical level yet based on an algorithm for each position? (such as Fifa or Pes) Players' current (and potential) ability is on a scale of 1 - 200, there is also a role current ability which is weighted for their position/role. As has been mentioned, these are not values available without use of an editor. They do however form the basis for many things in game. Cheers, Seb.
