[FM16][Skin] YACS2

Realise that bossman isn't around much but hopefully anyone can help me with this:

My Continue button is different to the screenshots in the rest of this thread, any ideas how to fix?

EDIT: Little info update, going through the match screens the button is White as it should be, but in non-match screens (Homepage, Inbox etc) it does the above.

is there a way for the to appear in original size?

edit the pic size in the player profile xmls, there is one for each option.

Are you using CPU Rendering assisted instead of GPU? I have the same issue.

Check: C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins\YACS2\graphics\buttons\custom\interface\continue. Does the button appear exactly how you want it already, within the folder? Presumably it does... Make sure the associated config file with the button in this location has blank/no values next to the colour values, i.e. " red_replacement="" ". Each colour should read like this.

Also check the settings.xml and likewise ensure that there are no colours values associated, i.e.

<!-- Continue Button -->

<colour blue="208" green="208" red="208" name="continue_button"/>

<!-- Main button colour - red_replacement -->

<colour blue="229" green="229" red="229" name="continue_button_border"/>

<!-- Main button colour - red_replacement -->

delete all the numbers out, leaving just the quote marks

Those would be my first two areas I'd look at...

This didn't work.

Are you using CPU Rendering assisted instead of GPU? I have the same issue.

Switching from CPU to GPU-assisted has fixed it.

edit the pic size in the player profile xmls, there is one for each option.

none of them, open the player overview, see which file it points to for the dropdown options in that panel. Then open that file and it should point you to each file/option that contains the pic info. prob 4 seperate xmls.

Can anybody help me how to get the transparent position pitch in the player panel? If i just delete the img named "", it gets transparent everywhere.. even in team selection! :(

Open the panel, find the appearence tag, delete everything inside there, so it looks like this.

This a little mistake on my side. To fix it do as followed:

Find YACS2\graphics\buttons\custom\interface\continue and open button.xml

find on line 14:

<record id="image_slices" left="8" right="16" top="8" bottom="8"/>

replace with:

<record id="image_slices" left="8" right="8" top="8" bottom="8"/>

and why is stadium picture so akwardly streched? can i fix that somehow?

and thing that i am missing in club overview page is club finances..can i put that somehow in?

The aspect ratio of stadium pictures ( to my knowledge ) cant be changed. That leaves not much option if you try and make them fit in dynamic sized container.

Club Overview will get some more changes with 1.0 including finances

This one looks altered, i can not really help there.

But i can point you to where the problem should be:

panels/game/game processing panel.xml

Find line like:

The container next should be the one. It apparently is missing a graphic / appearance.

Has Bossland gone missing?????

buddie, i'm sorry to bother but.. i noticed you was able to recolor person_button text (from white to secondary) in 'yacsini_b' player profile.

Any hint? because, doenst matter where i put my hands, text color stays white.

(noticed it stays white also in the original yacsini, but in yacsini_2 somehow you managed to get it properly recolored... but i cant get how you did it)

Re. club overview, last XI panel

The stat table accompanying the pitch lists opposing players instead of the managed team as the pitch does. This has been pointed out to me before and is the same with other skins that I've seen (therefore not exclusive to your skin) This doesn't seem like it's correct though but maybe this is what you (and they) are going for?

Is it possible to change it however so that the pitch and table mirror each other, i.e. so both list the same players; those that are managed? I don't seem able to find an alternative ID to rectify this myself despite extensive searching.

I want to stress it is not a criticism though as I say in the scheme of things it's neglectable. This is still one of the best skins and seems to be improving.

This is a line of code from the base fmc/touch skin. I did notice that, bt figured maybe its intended like that. As it either shows the teams own team or the last opposition team from what i see.

There isnt much i can o about it, that would be a fm related problem - if its also buggy in fmc/touch.

No problem mate and thanks for looking at it. I can live with it, but I am surprised if it was intended by FM as what's the point of seeing the ratings of your last opponent on your home screen and the ratings of your opponents last opponent when on their screen! You just want to see your own ratings or that of your opponents I would of thought! Keep up the excellent work though mate it is really appreciated by the FM world.

On the Opposition Instructions page I've noticed that you have one attribute displayed - dribbling. Personally in all the years I've played the game, I've hardly bothered with it. The one attribute I've always tracked is acceleration and marking. Is it possible to see either one of these?. Is there some field I should edit to alter this?

Honestly i always hit Apply Advice there. Only put it in to see if it works.

If you want it gone :

If you want acceleration and marking displayed:

Replace Line 57 with: <flags id="Pacc" auto_hide_priority="104"/><flags id="Pmar" auto_hide_priority="105"/>

You are looking for the dialog boxes. Just replace them with less transparent pictures.

You are looking for the dialog boxes. Just replace them with less transparent pictures.

I hope you can sort out 'wage' being cut off at the bottom on Yacs B profile view. It's only a small thing though, I would do it myself if I knew how to.

Line 111 of 'yacsini b' in custom in panels and increase size of first number in layout. Initially it's 9, changing it to 12 worked (makes sense seen as the font is also 12 on line 112 for info.)
