I offered a contract to a bunch of players from 18 to 20 years of age, and I could sign only one. I could show you only one screenshot unfortunately: Now, they offered him slightly more money, but I offered him a two-year contract, guy is 20 just graduated from the MHL, there is NO WAY that he turns off a KHL offer to sign in the VHL instead.
