Kazza Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Try right clicking on the fm exe icon then properties then compatibility then click run as administer. dsw_1234 Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 the problem is the security patch KB3086255 that MS rolled out about a month ago. This disables the copy protection on many games. In reality it has nothing to do with admin rights and trying to fix it via that route will not work. There doesnt seem to be a simple way round this problem without removing the update. However, if you have your system set to install updates automatically it will just keeping installing. You will need to change your settings to alllow you to prevent the installation.
